2011 Relocation / Ribbon Cutting

In February 2011, T. N. Bowes Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. relocated from its current Mechanicsville office to 26743 Radio Station Way, Leonardtown. This move not only centrally positioned the company within St. Mary’s County, but it more than tripled its office space, sheet metal area and warehouse capability meeting their growing needs and requirements.

Founded in 1988 under leadership of Tommy and Joy Bowes, T. N. Bowes Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., has grown with the local support of tri-county residential and commercial customers. By continually adapting to the needs of the community and the demands of current times. While understanding future economic trends in construction, T. N. Bowes has been able to shift focus and direction allowing the company to grow strong and keep an even keel. The Mechanicsville office served well for over 10 years, but with a positive outlook on the future of St. Mary’s County needs, the time was right to expand.
